What We Do
Our Church Belief
The Lighthouse Bible Church shall work together under the guidance of Almighty God and in full harmony with the Holy Bible as the inspired Word Of God and in full respect to the jurisdiction of the Constitution of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea which calls for Integral Human Development, the Constitution that recognizes and provides for a person’s spiritual wellbeing and development together with his/her all other wellbeing.
To share the Love Of God by establishing ministry arms to extend in reaching out to the disadvantaged and the destitute, including; schools, colleges, hospitals, prisons, and other public or private institutions with the message of hope, love and healing in Jesus Christ, and to provide material support where possible.
Partner Churches & Affiliated Ministries
Lighthouse Bible Church accepts people with similar doctrinal backgrounds from the Body Of Christ. We encourage brethren and churches to stand together and stronger in the unity of faith for the common goal of soul winning for Christ in order to fill up Heaven and empty hell.
Bible College
Lighthouse Bible College enters its second year of operation in 2025 with 12 dedicated students enrolled in its full-time study program. The College offers a comprehensive three-year Diploma in Pastoral Training.
The College welcomes applicants from all regions of the country and from any Christian denomination. To ensure that learning is accessible and meaningful for everyone, classes are conducted in both Tok Pisin and English.
Women's Ministry
National Women’s Group enjoyed a very successful camp meeting last year, marked by strong fellowship, powerful worship, and meaningful teaching that deeply blessed all who attended.
Looking ahead, the group is prayerfully planning for an even bigger and better camp meeting next year, trusting that God will continue to guide, empower, and expand their efforts. Preparations are already underway as they seek to build on the achievements.
Youth Ministry
National Youth Committee hosted a very successful National Youth Camp Meeting at Ponowi District in Ialibu, Southern Highlands Province (SHP). Many new souls attended the camp meeting during the three days of meeting.
For the first time, our new district, Suku Distruct in the SHP attended the Youth Camp Meeting with 15 new youth members. Many youths experienced the in-filling power of the Holy Spirit during the camp meeting.
